I started Personal Training with Nicola in July 23 - from the beginning Nic has been so supportive, friendly and knowledgeable.
She completely put me at ease as I was nervous about starting with a PT but Nicola explained everything in detail, including all the training plans and information about calories, protein etc.
To date (early Jan 24), I have lost more than 10kg in weight, built muscle, feel much stronger, healthier and happier. I couldn’t have done this without Nicola and all her help and support.
I love going to my PT sessions, we have such a laugh and put the world to rights while pushing/pulling some heavy weights.
Nicola is a fabulous coach as she understands how her clients feel due to her amazing body building knowledge and experience.
She is also the most positive person I know! Even when I feel I haven’t had a great week she finds the positive and supports me.

Nicola gave me a personalised work out plan and weekly pt sessions for a block on the run up to my holiday last May. It was great to have some discipline rather than just doing my own thing and being a bit less structured with my routine which I can be when left to my own devices. She also gave me home workouts for when I couldn't get into the gym during half term due to childcare which was perfect as it stopped me from losing progress. I felt much more confident going on holiday and would definitely do the same thing again in the run up to a holiday or event.
I also like that nic is available even when you're not under her coaching to ask questions either via text or face to face (or even just for a chat 🤣) as she's extremely friendly and approachable! That's the case during the coaching as well, the workouts were always enjoyable as we'd have a good catch up during the session. I would highly recommend her!

I’ve been working with Nic now for a few months. I came to Nic, after my first show season. I was looking for an experienced and supportive female coach, safe to say I found one. Nic is always there to answer and questions I have. She replies to check ins quickly and gives clear instructions of any changes to the plan. I’m lucky to also train in the same gym so we always have a catch up and Nic can see me face to face to assess progress. Nic is also there for me on an emotional level and has been a rock to me. I’m so excited to compete this year with this amazing woman by my side.
